| Match Report | Match Report Report from Inverness CT Archive. Ross County 2 Inverness Caledonian Thistle 1 Ross County won their second Highland derby of the season in a pulsating encounter at Victoria Park. The Staggies took the lead when Scott Morrison's rocket free kick cannoned off the underside of the crossbar and Scott Boyd headed home the loose ball. Morrison then got down the left and his cross into the box was headed home by man-of-the-match Michael Gardyne. Inverness scored late when Adam Rooney scored from the rebound after his penalty was saved by Michael McGovern. |
