James Chambers had given Hamilton an early lead but Michael Gardyne levelled before Craig completed the comeback when he struck eight minutes from time to ensure County gained revenge for their recent 5-1 league defeat to the Accies. Chambers opened the scoring from the penalty spot after only two minutes following Marc Fitzpatrick's foul on Douglas Imrie. Scott Boyd headed wide from six yards before the visitors finally got their equaliser, Gardyne drilling the ball into the bottom corner from 18 yards after 65 minutes. County completed their victory when Craig found the bottom corner from 12 yards.
