Keith 1 Ross County 4
Hot shot Brian Grant added to his magnificent goal tally as County crushed Keith at Kynoch Park on Tuesday night.
The former Forfar hit man scored a brace to help put County back into joint third place in the league along with Peterhead but with two games in hand over the Blue Toon men and the other pace setters Huntly and Lossiemouth.
And once again County showed their fighting capabilities by giving Keith a goal of a start (LESLIE in 20 minutes) before taking over and winning by three clear goals.
It was with five minutes of the first half left that County got the equaliser, Gordon CONNELLY being on the spot to turn home a Wilson cross.
Then a three-goal burst in the space of 17 minutes knocked the stuffing out of Keith and County were on their way to another victory.
Billy FERRIES, on from the start here, swept County into the lead in 49 minutes and in 60 and 67 minutes that man GRANT struck with headers and it was all over as a contest.
Now the chips are down and for the next two weeks County and Caley will come out fighting.
And whose arm will be raised in victory at the end of each tussle is really anyone's guess.
Just let's hope it is Ross County's!
