Ross County 6 Inverness Clachnacuddin 0 Ross County striker Brian GRANT continued to set a hectic pace in the Highland League scoring stakes on Saturday when he took his goal tally to 16 this season. He grabbed his second hat-trick in a week as the league champions demolished Clach 6-0 at Victoria Park. GRANT struck to put County in an unassailable position after striking partner Alan DUFF and Chris SOMERVILLE had given the Dingwall side an early 2-0 lead. Substitute Jamie McPHERSON completed the scoring to leave County five points adrift of league leaders Huntly in sixth spot with two games in hand. |
