Brora Rangers 1 Ross County 1
Brora Rangers and Ross County will serve up the second instalment of their festive derby double-header at Victoria Park, Dingwall, on Wednesday night.
The two clubs discussed the possibility after Saturday's 1-1 draw and the fixture was given the green light yesterday by assistant Highland League secretary John Milton.
County could be set to take on Brora without centre half Johnston Bellshaw and skipper Cammy Robertson, who took off to Tenerife for new year and missed Saturday's trip to Dudgeon Park.
Clearly unhappy at the timing of the duo's festive vanishing act, manager Bobby Wilson hinted that both could be left out.
Saturday's draw, after a last-gasp equaliser from Brora player-boss Kevin BREMNER, left the County manager frustrated.
"After playing well in the first half to go in at half-time leading by a Tom DRUMMOND goal, I was disappointed we didn't build on that," he said.
Brora manager Bremner was left to reflect on a missed opportunity early in the second half.
He said: "I hit the upright with a great chance just after the break which would have levelled things far earlier and had that gone in we might have won the game in the second half.
