| Match Report | Report from the Ross-shire Journal. Keith 3 Ross County 2 Ross County visited Keith on Saturday and fell by the odd goal in five. This was an unlooked for defeat as the County had claimed a ten goals to nil victory at Dingwall against Keith earlier in the season. Due to bad arrangements, it was not until the last minutes of leaving that the Ross-shire team was settled upon and recruits hurriedly picked up. A. Mackay and D. Stewart (both of Dingwall) turned out and both acquitted themselves well. Hart and Cowie got the Ross-shire goals. To-morrow (Saturday) the County travel to Inverness to play Citadel in the League. There is nothing at stake as both elevens have no chance of winning the flag. However a good game can be expected as both teams are keen opponents when meeting each other. |
