| Comments | Match Report Report from the Green Final. Arbroath 0 Ross County 1 Tosh rang rings around the County defenders in the opening minutes but his ball across the face of goal was knocked back out by Reid. It landed kindly for Porteous but his low effort was off target. Crawford had to be alert in the opening period to head a Ferries effort for County off the line. Only a reflex save by Jackson in 34 minutes prevented Duff giving County the lead from 10 yards out. Then in 41 minutes Farnan got up to a high free kick by Kerr but his header was easily held by Hutchison. Duff grabbed the opener for the visitors in 62 minutes collecting a Somerville cross in the box after Bellshaw and Ferries had done the spade work. |
